when i try to open xero its saying error why?

Look after your firewall or your antivirus. Maybe a file is in a quarantine or firewall block your game.

there nothing wrong in windows defender all are good i didnt block anything , i just download it and its saying that

Desactivate your firewall when you launch the game to check. (If you use a VPN, the game wont work).

i dont use any vpn i didnt got ban or anything else , its saying that also when i reinstall the game

You might not uninstall all the old folder maybe for the reinstallation. Did you try about what i said for firewall ?
